Generally weak/absentee leadership has been consistent in the primary school…Not a very inspiring school to work at (staff meetings can be a struggle…) but most teachers think of it as a trade off to live in Taipei. Work life balance is up to you as there is no monitoring of teachers which causes a huge disparity in how much effort teachers put into their jobs.
