Taipei European School’s British Primary Section is seeking Supply Cover Learning Assistants to support teachers and pupils when covering staff absences. The role involves helping the Class Teacher run the classroom smoothly and supporting learning with whole classes, small groups, and individual students.
Responsibilities include preparing classroom activities; supporting learning and student wellbeing; supervising pupils and maintaining good order and safety; maintaining an organised learning environment; assisting transitions around campus; communicating effectively with partner teachers; contributing to planning, assessment, and evaluation; playground supervision; and attending relevant professional development.
Candidates should hold a degree in Education, Childhood Education, Special Education, or a related field, or a relevant teaching-and-learning support qualification, plus at least two years of relevant school experience.
