A bachelor’s degree is commonly required. International schools generally prefer or require a valid teaching license and relevant curriculum experience. Other employers may accept TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or related qualifications depending on the role.
Employers normally coordinate the Non-Immigrant B visa and work-permit process. Degree documents, criminal-background checks, health documentation, photographs, and other records may be required. Never begin work until the employer has confirmed a legal work-authorization route.
