Something that is shared in common with all the schools is the administration. The administration is very top-down, with no discussions or professional learning communities The admin will call all the shots and expect you to listen there is no asking or requesting. The asking and requesting will come back to you as complaining and if you are a complainer, you are doomed. I speak from experience.
