The counsellor will provide confidential individual and group support, contribute to whole-school wellbeing initiatives, collaborate with families and staff, maintain safeguarding records and help students manage academic, social and emotional challenges. A bachelor’s degree in counselling, psychology or a related field is required; a master’s is preferred. The employer requests at least four years of international-school counselling experience.
