Vinschool is seeking a dynamic, experienced and professionally certified primary teacher to join its international teaching team for the 2026–27 academic year. The successful applicant will teach the Cambridge Primary Programme, starting 1 October 2026.
Key responsibilities:
• Teach Mathematics, English, Global Perspectives and the Culminating Project within the Cambridge International Curriculum, with a teaching load of up to 20 hours per week.
• Prepare curriculum, lesson plans, teaching materials, classroom instruction and activities, and manage information in the learning-management system.
• Adapt teaching strategies and materials to students’ varying needs and interests.
• Assess attainment, monitor academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Establish classroom expectations and monitor student performance, behaviour, social development and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents and guardians regarding progress and academic or behavioural concerns.
• Prepare and implement remedial programmes for students who need additional support.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, school events and extracurricular activities.
• Carry out other appropriate professional duties assigned by school leadership.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a degree in Primary Education is preferred.
• Recognised professional teaching qualification, licence or certification.
• At least two years of post-qualification experience teaching primary subjects in a structured school environment.
• Cambridge International Curriculum experience is desirable.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Strong presentation, communication, problem-solving, critical-thinking, classroom-management and teamwork skills.
• Appointment is subject to satisfactory references, identity, qualification and criminal-record checks.
