Job Description

* Provide support to students via phone and text message, and assist with administrative and learning-related issues.

* Responsible for data organization and report creation (Excel/system key-in)

Cross-departmental communication and collaboration ensure smooth operation of course administration processes.

We expect you to have |

* Responsible and able to proactively complete work tasks

* Efficient and possesses excellent time management skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office word processing (Excel, Word)

Enjoys interacting with people and is not afraid to communicate with clients and colleagues.

Working hours |

* Shift scheduling and rest days (as arranged according to the Personnel Administration Bureau's calendar)

* Early shift: 10:00–19:00

* Night shift: 12:00–21:00
