Job Description

Requirements

At least a Bachelor’s degree
Must reside in Korea
Fluent in both Korean and English (spoken and written)
Familiarity with U.S. education system and school curriculum
Previous counseling or school experience preferred
Ability to work collaboratively with other team
Strong organizational and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities

Provide academic and social-emotional support to students
Monitor student academic progress, GPA, attendance, and overall well-being
Meet individually with students and communicate with parents regarding student progress when appropriate
Assist students with course selection and academic planning
Maintain accurate student records and counseling documentation
Work collaboratively with teachers and administrators to identify and support student needs
Coordinate interventions and follow up on students requiring additional academic or behavioral support
Assist with student orientation, school events, and other counseling-related programs
Perform general administrative duties related to the counseling office
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

General Terms

Work hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
National insurance and pension provided
Annual leave provided in accordance with the Korean Labor Standards Act
