Job Description

GEMS School of Research and Innovation is seeking an Inclusion Teacher to support Students of Determination (SEND) and gifted learners across its British curriculum.

Key responsibilities:
• Implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), differentiated strategies and targeted in-class or pull-out interventions.
• Work with classroom teachers, counsellors, leaders, parents and external specialists.
• Use assistive technology, Universal Design for Learning and evidence-based intervention strategies.
• Help provide equitable access and measurable academic progress.
• Contribute to staff training and a student-centred culture of inclusion.

Requirements:
• A UK-approved Inclusion qualification and a relevant PGCE or equivalent.
• Relevant postgraduate study in SEN or Inclusion is strongly valued.
• Demonstrated experience supporting diverse learners in an international-school setting.
• Strong collaboration, communication and safeguarding practice.
