J&L English School in Xinzhuang, New Taipei City, is seeking an English teacher for an immediate opening from 27 August 2026. The position teaches elementary and junior-high students in classes of approximately 12–20 using a structured National Geographic Learning programme. Prepared lessons are provided.
The weekly schedule is Monday and Thursday 6:00–8:00 p.m.; Wednesday and Friday 2:00–5:00 p.m. and 6:00–8:00 p.m.; and Saturday 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 2:00–4:00 p.m., totaling approximately 18 hours.
Applicants need a bachelor’s degree, TEFL certification, and credentials that meet Taiwan ARC and teaching requirements. The school seeks teachers who enjoy learning, are trustworthy, caring, prepared, firm but fair, and able to work as part of a team. Pay starts at NT$800 per hour.
Pay starting at NT$800 per hour, plus a NT$5,000 monthly housing stipend. Working visa support and National Health Insurance are provided. Lessons and curriculum are prepared by the school, with teacher development support.
