Beijing Royal School is seeking a full-time Distance Learning ESL Teacher to teach English to students in Grades 1–9 through its online learning program. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging virtual lessons, support students at different proficiency levels, provide timely feedback, and maintain effective communication with students, families and colleagues.
Key responsibilities:
• Deliver structured online ESL lessons for Grades 1–9
• Create age-appropriate lesson plans and digital learning materials
• Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback
• Build student confidence, participation and English communication skills
• Use online teaching platforms effectively and maintain a positive virtual classroom
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Education, English, TESOL or a related field
• Teaching certificate, PGCE, CELTA or DELTA preferred
• At least two years of relevant teaching experience preferred
• Native or native-level English proficiency
• Strong online classroom management, communication and technology skills
• Suitable to work with children
