Vanke Meisha Academy (VMA) is seeking a Director of the College Counseling Office to lead and develop the school’s university and career guidance program. The director will support students and families through university exploration, application planning and post-secondary decision-making while coordinating the work of the counseling office.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead the school’s college counseling program and office operations
• Guide students through university research, application strategy and decision-making
• Support application documents, timelines and submission processes
• Communicate with students, families, school leaders and university representatives
• Develop counseling resources, workshops and information sessions
• Track student progress and maintain accurate application records
• Support professional development and collaboration within the counseling team

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• At least two years of working experience in an international-school setting
• High level of English proficiency; the official listing references IELTS 6.0 or equivalent proficiency
• Strong leadership, organization, communication and student-support skills
