Korea International School (KIS) is accepting classroom-teacher applications for its PK–12 North American, standards-based program.
KIS seeks educators who understand students’ developmental, social-emotional, and academic growth and who can collaborate, experiment, and contribute to a strong learning community.
Published qualifications:
• Teaching license or certification must match the applicant’s passport country
• Minimum two years of full-time teaching experience at an accredited school
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• International-school experience preferred
KIS asks applicants to apply through APLi or Schrole Connect and provide at least three references, including the current principal, another current-school leader, and one direct supervisor from a previous school. Applicants should use only one of the two application platforms.

KIS publishes that international-hire E-7 visa contracts include salary, life insurance and severance, insurance, annual flight, relocation allowance, transportation, covered leave, tuition, laptops, and a renewal bonus.
The school states that its highest starting salary is US$49,000 plus a KRW 12,000,000 annual living allowance, reserved for teachers with at least ten years of experience at accredited schools. Actual placement depends on qualifications and experience, so salary is hidden in GSS and should be confirmed with KIS.
